2. Products and Model Kits

RevBricks specializes in collectible engine building-block model kits.

Our products are intended for assembly and display unless otherwise specified in the individual product listing.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, photographs, and prices. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.

The exact product configuration, included parts, accessories, and features are determined by the information provided in the relevant product listing.

Product images may show completed models or display arrangements for illustration. Accessories or display props are included only when expressly stated in the product listing.

We reserve the right to update product information, discontinue products, or limit purchase quantities, subject to applicable law.

3. Orders and Cancellations

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailable inventory, payment verification problems, suspected fraud, or material listing errors.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund.

We will try to accommodate your request, but changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has been processed or shipped.

The price confirmed at checkout is the price applicable to your order, subject to applicable taxes and any clearly disclosed charges.

5. Shipping and Delivery

RevBricks currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States only.

We offer Free Standard Shipping on eligible U.S. orders.

Orders typically arrive within 8–12 days after shipment, excluding order processing time.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier operations, customs procedures, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we cannot ship your order within the shipment timeframe communicated at the time of purchase, we will notify you and provide the cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Product Issues

Our Returns & Refunds Policy governs eligible returns, exchanges, and refunds.

We currently accept eligible change-of-mind return requests within 15 days of delivery, subject to the conditions described in that policy.

Used or assembled model kits are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate solution may include replacement parts, a replacement product, or a refund.

7. Assembly and Responsible Use

Our building-block model kits should be assembled and used according to the instructions provided with the product.

Please follow applicable safety guidance and age recommendations shown on the product or its packaging.

Damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, unauthorized modification, or excessive force may not qualify for a change-of-mind return or other voluntary remedies.

These provisions do not exclude rights relating to defective products or other protections that cannot lawfully be restricted.

The RevBricks name, branding, and original website content are owned by RevBricks or used with permission from the relevant rights holders.
